Opening reception: Wednesday evening, May 11
The opening reception will be held at the Park Inn lobby restaurant. You can relax with your friends, having small snacks and drinks.

Thursday evening, May 12
You are welcome to join a complimentary social event on Thursday, May 12, visiting the Wieliczka Salt Mine (http://www.kopalnia.pl). It is one of the most valuable cultural monuments inPoland, visited each year by over a million tourists from around the world. It is also a world class historical monument and as such is inscribed in UNESCO’s First World List of Cultural and Natural Heritage.
The tour will be followed by dinner.

Friday evening, May 13
On Friday, May 13, Krakowsightseeing tour can be organised (as optional), followed by dinner, music performance and dancing with folk group Juhasz (http://www.kapelajuhas.pl), with preliminary individual dancing course.

As second optional social, you can visit and see Auschwitz, as a network of concentration and extermination camps built and operated in Polish areas annexed by Nazi Germany during the Second World War.
